Total Health Centre's beginnings

Rodney was born in 1942 and was city raised. After completing his Engineering Apprenticeship he went on to build his own Steel Fabricating Business. Rodney has two daughters and a son all of whom are married. Catherine was born in 1942 and was raised in both the country and city and has been involved in a variety of occupations. Catherine has three boys, two of whom are married.

Rodney and Catherine were married in 1993. In late 1994 Rodney was diagnosed with Non - Hodgkin?s Lymphoma Cancer. This life threatening disease led them through the Medical Route ( CT Scans, Biopsies, Chemotherapy etc) with all the subsequent side effects, these so affected Rodney that he finally sought out natural ways of healing his body. The search led to a complete change of Lifestyle which included raw vegetables, fresh juices, fruits, nuts and seeds.

The results were so amazing that he began to share with others, thus leading to a complete change of direction, which resulted in the establishment of the Total Health Centre in 1996. From them on we found ourselves serving people in this Business/Ministry, which involves educating, and working with people, showing them that with the necessary commitment to Lifestyle changes and the discipline to carry it out it is possible to bring about healing.  Through Rodney and Catherine's "living food" lifestyle choices Rodney added 16 years to his life without drugs, chemicals, or invasive treatments.

Rodney passed away on 3 January 2010 leaving a legacy of a greater understanding of how we can help our bodies be the best they can having educated and assisted many, many people with their health challenges.

See Rodney’s Daily Lifestyle for making these changes.
