Choc Berry Chia Pudding

Sunday nights are definitely a highlight in our household, unless there is a really good reason then there will always be a dessert after dinner. Choc Berry Chia Pudding always goes down a treat with everyone! And best of all, its not full of nasties.

(The quantities below usually serve a small Tribest blender jar for each person in a family of 4)

6 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
6 Tablespoons of raw cacao powder
3 Tablespoons of raw organic honey
Vanilla Bean extract
Berries of your choice – blueberries and raspberries are the favourites around here
2 Cups unsweetened almond milk

Optional toppings:
Nuts, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, extra berries

Blend all ingredients until smooth, if using your Tribest Personal Blender you can blend each one in the jar you will serve in, otherwise use the bigger cup and pour into individual serving dishes. Chill for at least 2 hours, I will often make in the morning and chill all day.

Serve with your preferred toppings.

A simple yet healthy alternative choc pudding. Eating well shouldn’t mean missing out and doesn’t have to be hard…. and this sure does taste ahhhmazing!
