INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information we collect from you can be divided into two distinct categories; Device Information, and Order Information.

We use the Device Information we collect from you for mostly analytical purposes. By being able to see how our customers browse and interact with our site, we are able to improve and optimise our website for a better user experience.
We use the Order Information that we collect from you to fulfil any orders placed through our website. This includes processing your payment information, arranging delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmation emails.
Additionally, we may use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential fraud; and
- With your permission, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
In order for us to use your information as described above, we occasionally will share it with third-parties.
We use Google Analytics to collect and analyse your Device Information.
We share your Order Information (specifically your payment information) with a third-party company called Paystation. Paystation provides our online payment gateway which allows us to process credit card transactions over the internet.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Data to comply with any lawful request for information we receive.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
In accordance with the laws and regulations of New Zealand, we retain all customer purchase records for a minimum of seven years.
If you have an account on this website, or have left comments or reviews, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any and all data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. Please note that this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
